It Takes 3 Weeks to Get to the Zoo

Wow, I've already been back in Australia for 3 weeks. This time no vacation for me. Lots of work to do and all of it from a kitchen table in Cottesloe. Chris tells me he's been working less since I arrived but since I've been here he's been working very long hours (so it must have been crazy before!)

We finally got out this weekend and took a trip to the Perth Zoo. They have some great exhibits of native species so we spent a lot of time trying to get to know the locals and nationals. Here are some photos taken with our new Nikon D5100. It's been fun experimenting and having the option to get up close the personal!
